Hole 1

  • Par: 4
  • Distance: 355 m

The opening tee shot is not a difficult one. It has a wide open fairway, and a nice way to start the round. A wayward first drive, can be punished with 2 deep bunkers on the left, and hazard that runs down the right side of the fairway. An ideal tee shot, should be around 220m off the tee, this will give you a nice look at the green. The green is a little tricky with the front of the green sloping back to the fairway so make sure your approach is up. Bunker’s are on the right, and the right hand side slopes away quite severely to make your pitch back to the green difficult. The green slopes from the left hand side to the right. Inside Info: The best shot to the green, is to the left hand side of the green, and let the contour take the ball to the centre. Par is not too difficult.
